Main Battery Pack Replacement - How Many Miles?

How many miles did your Model S have when it needed a main (high voltage) battery pack replacement

Obviously there are many factors that determine when a battery pack fails (i.e. age of pack, amount of DC fast charging, factory defect, etc.), but for those who had your high voltage pack replaced on Model S, I was just curious how many miles you had when the replacement was necessary. Select the option below that matches the closest to the mileage you had when your main pack was replaced.

***Important Note*** - This survey is NOT related to the 12v battery. We're talking about the large / main high voltage pack.

Also, keep in mind there will be more owners with < 50,000 miles than the next category, and each category has fewer and fewer total owners than the one before. So it might make the numbers skew towards lesser miles than the actual odds.
