Main Console Screen Glitches?

I noticed this morning when taking kids to school, the center console screen was really bright. When Driving I noticed when in navigation view at the very top of the screen there were many black lines ( almost like rain lines or bad connection) that reach in about 1/2 inch from top edge.

I don't see these lines when switch to different app, only in navigation mode and when pull down menu is not there.

Has any of you experienced this? It's raining pretty hard for California this morning, Maybe something wrong satellite connection?

two days ago I did a reboot because navigation froze. This time the navigation works but just those static like lines at the top edge of the screen.
i'll go start the car again to see if it fixes itself
