Major Ugly need front end parts

Looks great! Always good to see a roadster back on the road.

Maybe some XPEL or similar film to protect that perfect front end from chips and your HID headlights from peeling is left in the budget?

What do others think. I have hated the slight yellowing and the lines by films but the protection from chips and stable headlights would be nice.

Man...nothing updates the Roadster quite like that Xenon Retrofit. That’s my favorite must-have upgrade. Congratulations! Thanks for sharing your journey. It’s given hope for parts availability for many of us who occasionally worry.

Worth every $.01! Since the ride height’s so low, the nose of the car as basically a BB gun shooting gallery for rogue road particles.

FWIW, I don’t see any yellowing in my factory paint armor but my car seems to have been a garage queen most of its life. I’m assuming heavy sun exposure would accelerate the yellowing process but I’d assume there would be a warranty against that? Can’t recall who Tesla used as the OEM for the film but I just wish the original job was a full wrap and not just a selective covering.
