Making a desk chair our of a 2018 MX driver's seat

I want to make a fully functional desk chair out of a very comfortable and beautiful white model X driver's seat.
Just wondering if anyone has done this or if it is even possible to have the ventilation and adjustment motors working out of the car? Any information or assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

Thanks, So I see it can be done. I have the seat and would really appreciate any help with the wiring. I can't seem to find and info or schematics. Seems like it would be a simple 12 v power but judging by the connector and 14-16 wires in it I am not 100% correct.
