Manual battery cooldown mod - a cure for the Roadsters insomnia

    Look at my issue i'm having with the new 400v controller upgrade. The seat warmer is flickering on causing the exhaust fans not to spin during cycle until the seat warmer light shuts off.

    Those are my floor fans you hear spinning.

    I guess this would require some good logs of CAN 2 traffic during a time when the battery was hot and cooling was commanded. I don't think that has happened very often with mine. At least I don't recall a time when I could tell the cabin A/C had been taken away.

    I'm considering a different (and uglier) work around - I already prepared a relay that is attached to the ext_pwr of the OVMS and hidden away in the bottom of the A pillar. I plan to install this in parallel to a manual cool down switch and thus would be able to trigger it through the OVMS. Now we just need a way for OVMS to activate the AC :)
