Manually run update after charger changing USA to EU

Hi

i need update car equipped with mcu1 (nvidia) and ape hw2.5 after changing charger.

Error left:
GTW_f210_noSupportAllowed
GTW_f209_noChargeAllowed
GTW_f208_noDriveAllowed
GTW_f194_chgp2VersionMismatch
GTW_f194_chgp1VersionMismatch
GTW_f016_chgVersionMismatch
GTW_f014_cpVersionMismatch

i have root acces, service-redeploy not working

config in internal dat changed, map changed to EU

Car have VPN certs and connection to tesla

Hi wondering whether it is possible to manually run update with modification of the config "audio system type"? ("carspecialtype" maybe this config?)
