March 2022 MYP order

I have had it with Tesla. I have probably one of the longest wait times for a MYP. The new EDD just updated today pushing me back further into July. OD: 3-27 EDD7: July 17 - August 14.

Not alone I ordered 3/10 was supposed to pickup today but car was totaled on Saturday new date is 7/5-7/19

They said they were expediting but the date says otherwise and from what i have seen here all new deliveries not in transit are about to go to west coast and this quarter didn't see jack for deliveries in the first month. I'll just have to continue to be patient really hopeful they do it before trade expires again and I lose more money. So I'm hopeful but wont be surprised if I don't get one for a while. Perhaps ill get lucky and someone on summer vacation who has the same specs will bail on their order and ill get theirs, we'll see.

Any word from SC to pick up? I presume you’re going through the red tape to process and pick up.

Got to pick the date. It was delivered to my house in Los Angeles on 6/17.

Side note, door jam manufactured date shows 6/2022.

I paid over $60000 for a brand new car. I’d expect this to be fixed and not have to worry about it on my own

As long as you trust the techs lol. I know I wouldn’t as they don’t do body work. That’s outsourced.

Totally valid. My time is more important and I’d rather do the quick fix on my end instead of having to drive back to the SC unless they plan to come to you and fix it in the driveway

Took delivery of my beauty on Wednesday. The spoiler on the driver’s side was loose when I picked her up. Literally the only flaw. They are sending mobile service out to fix it on the 5th.

Received text yesterday asking if I’m ready for taking delivery in June. Replied “JUNE”. No delivery date scheduled yet.
Supplied insurance info 6/23 (scheduled to start 7/1).
The app is prompting to make final payment. Are they waiting for the payment before they’ll schedule delivery?

OD: 3/30 MYP Blue/black, no tow, no FSD.
Original EDD: June - July.
Numerous changes to EDD in first few weeks.
5/28 EDD update: 6/8 - 6/22 (first two week window)
5/30: trade text
6/6: 7/25 - 8/29
6/24: 6/17 - 8/14

Took delivery today in Rockville, MD. Black w/ white interior and came with Michelin all season tires.

Everything looked really good… Will take another close inspection tomorrow AM, but was super impressed. My other Tesla is a 54K VIN Model 3 and build quality is so so so much better with the Y.
