Market value of a 2022 Model 3 SR

I find myself in a lucky position with both SR and LR orders being delivered within the next week. Anyone have a sense for market value on an essentially new 2022 SR? Contemplating whether I should take delivery & re-sell (ordered before price increases) or cancel altogether.

Can't speak specifically on 2022's but basically new SR's (under a couple hundred miles) are going for around $50k.

New M3s seem to be showing up in Tesla's existing inventory every month or two. Last month, they had over 80 new M3 SR+ available with starting prices (without FSD) of $46,190. If someone happens to live near a Tesla store with existing inventory, that's what they'd potentially be able to pay for "quick delivery." Those that don't and still want a car ASAP may be willing to pay the same or possibly even a bit more for a used '21 or '22. It's still a crazy market out there.
