Marks on glass roof

I noticed today on my 3 month old M3 that there are marks in the glass. I tried to scrub them out but they appear to be in the glass or tint? Is this possible? Has anyone seen this before. See attached pictures.

I assume you tried to clean it from the inside just to be sure.

Never seen that. Can you feel texture or grooves with your fingers?

nothing on the inside, no texture or grooves. it's like it's located in the layer of glass? Is this possible?
