Maryland will give you 30% back in tax credit for a Powerwall 2 purchase. Lump that in with the solar tax credit(if you install both at the same time) and you're at 60% off or about $2,800 fully installed

I believe the 30% Federal Investment Tax Credit is applicable to batteries that are charged 75%+ from solar (or any renewable DG source), regardless of whether they are purchased at the same time or not. There is an IRS document to this effect.
