There is no indication in any setting anywhere thus far that there is a heated steering wheel.
There may be hardware to support it via an update, but this remains unknown.

People, this is an electric car with an app and preheat functionality. This is not your old ICE car where you had to scrub ice from the windows. 5 minutes preheating and your car and wheel are warm enough for the 2 days that we will still have winter from now on. Stop fixating on the steering wheel, this is as useless as a back pocket on a t-shirt.
Even if the heated steering wheel can't be retrofitted, you can always do the next best thing and spend $25 on Amazon.

Honestly I haven't been in a Tesla with a synthetic steering wheel for an extended period of time but I didn't notice or perceive any difference during when I test drove newer cars.
But with your build date I think it's safe to assume your vehicle has a leather steering wheel.
I assume the car is still capped at 11kw AC charging with the refresh batteries?
I wonder if the refresh is capable of VTG ???

Model Ss that came with MCU1 have an AM tuner. (I think they eliminated the AM tuner starting with the Model X, and then MCU2.)

It is probably just an AM station re-broadcast on an FM HD2 channel. (And that is the station logo.)
now tell me why they do chrome delete leaving emblems (and probably "dual motor" badge as well) still chrome, not mentioning the ugly fake wood dashboard?!

Heads-up if your planning on getting an aftermarket tire/wheel winter package. Apparently, they have gone with the BLE TPMS, the one being used on MY.
I'd really like to know if the refreshed M3 could used both types of TPMS.

Pretty sure it is real wood.
Nah; still not reasonable. If you go out in cold with Raynaud's with no gloves on you will be punished. If you have gloves on and preheat the car, what need for heated wheel? Might be nice luxury, but a 3% niche market...
