Does anyone have any idea when the heated steering wheel and the wooden door flash will be available on the model 3 in the US?

Has anyone lowered their Model 3 LR on the new 19" sport alloys (the flat looking ones). I am looking to lower mine in a few days and add spacers as well. Was curious of the stance.

Has anyone added rubber seals for left side trunk gap near the new automatic struts? I don’t see the gap on the right side but left side seems the rubber was cut within few inches to the top.

I’m also crossing my fingers for these changes soon.

Let me answer my own question.

I model 3 ordered right now, will have the heated steering wheel by delivery time mid March.

Me too! Planning to place my order on January 29th, looking for a March/April delivery. I’d order now but can’t afford it showing up before then. Average delivery of a performance, over the last year, is 45 days according to the order tracking spreadsheet.

Was it the sales advisor that told you? Please report back and let us know if the feature is there.

Also since this sales advisor seems knowledgeable enough, can you please ask him if this mixup with the LG and Panasonic batteries will continue?

He may not know; the Panasonic/LG thing appears to only apply in Europe for now.

So do we know for certain which battery make and size we're getting in US for M3P vs M3-LR? (BTW I owned a 2015 WRX.)

82.1kWh vs 77.8kWh. Both nameplate values. Actually at the moment you seem to get about 80.5-81kWh vs 77.8kWh.

    Both Panasonic, probably.

I also ordered my model 3 over the weekend, but my advisor would only say there are "rumors" of a heated steering wheel and wooden door flash, but that "we haven't heard anything from Tesla yet".
