mattress in the trunk?

Anyone happen to know if you can get a standard twin mattress and/or box spring set in the trunk of a model S?

I imagine that it would drive better than a 10 foot budget moving truck... in addition to being cheaper per mile! ;-)

I put a twin in the back of mine car. Fit just right! Box springs would make it too high up...
