    1. Does anyone know what the maximum GB size is for a USB Flash Drive that can be recognized by the Tesla Model S 75 USB Port?

Also can the USB Flash Drive be USB 2.0 and/or USB 3.0?

I really need to know ASAP!

    • We're running a one terabyte external drive on one of the USB ports. No problems, except that since V 8.x "upgrades" it takes 10-15 minutes to build the directory.

I use a 1tB drive all of the time but as @harry points out it takes time to build the directory.

None at this time. It's more a matter of total tracks and depth of nested directory structure. Things slow down the larger those numbers.

I use the super small 64 GB thumbdrive in mine. If I make a change to the songs and then plug it back in, it takes a little bit for it to sync with the car.
