60 hr weeks in a US factory is absurd. It just isn't sustainable in the long run. And how much overtime is Tesla paying out? Certainly makes sense at some point to hire more workers rather than stretch thin the current workforce.

Tesla used to be a small company so everyone in Tesla team had to pitch in and sacrifice for the greater good of customers.

However, as Tesla has now grown to be a big public company, it might be a bit much to still continue to ask the same as if it was still a small private startup company.
