MCU screen dies while supercharging

2017 Model S 75

I have had a recurring issue where the MCU, main screen, air, music dies while supercharging, usually when it's at about 60% charge. Not even rebooting fixes it, but strangely, opening the door will bring everything back to life. My power saving is turned off, and "always connected" is on. Any ideas?

The car automatically shuts all of that stuff off after a while... It's perfectly normal. Same thing happens if you're just sitting in the car too long while it's parked.

I once read somewhere that tripping the seat sensors resets the timer so I usually unbuckle and make sure I shift positions periodically. The only time this happens to me now is when I sit mostly still for more than 10 or 15 minutes.
