MCU2 upgrade appointments

I've been trying to upgrade my MCU1 to MCU2 since December. I've had 5 last minute rescheduled appointments now because they claim to have not received the parts at the service center. My neighbor got the upgrade last year and had zero issues at the same service center. Anyone else having issues with getting the MCU upgrade lately?

Ugh. Didn’t want to see that. Placed parts order beginning of February. Still no word of even shipping as of today.

I scheduled on 2/22

Currently in the preparation stage with an estimated appointment date of 3/16

Scheduled on 2/4 and competed on 3/3. I'd push the SC to confirm ETA for parts and escalate if necessary.

I just got mine done early Feb. I made my appointment in January.

Just got the update of postponing until 3/30.

Exact same for me. Went well and worth it for me.

Scheduled 12/22 for 12/27. Pushed to 1/11 and completed then.

Mine was done within 2 weeks after request (1 week delayed waiting for part).
Dropped the car 9AM, done by 5PM, Chicago area.

I had the same experience. It took roughly 6 or 8 weeks and I think 3 cancelled/rescheduled appointments before my car received its upgrade. The car was at the Service Centre about 6 hours or so. Aside from the wait, I am very glad I bought the upgrade. Well worth it in my opinion
