MCU2 upgrade in Europe

Was just at the Schlieren SC near Zurich to get a broken key replaced. Was told
- if you have AP2.5 (but not 2.0) you are eligible for AP 3 upgrade;
- if you opt for the AP upgrade without the MCU upgrade and change your mind at some point on the MCU they will make you wait;
- MCU (+IC) upgrade is 2650chf
- FM & digital radio costs extra;
- you will get traffic light recognition with AP3 only with MCU2 (requires FSD)

I was upgraded to MCU2/AP3, and I can see the traffic lights on ICU, while I did not purchase the FSD option.
They weren't in september, but according to some posts in this thread, they do now.
Do you have a part number / offer screenshot? This could help other people requesting it in SCs which do not have the info yet...
Sorry. I should have been more specific. What I meant was the service manager said if you have FSD, AP would stop for the red light and go through a green light. It's the AP features that came out earlier this year.
I think you are right that if you don't have FSD it would show you the traffic lights.
Unfortunately I still haven't decided to spend the money for the MCU2 upgrade so can't verify this myself.

MCU2 installed and working fine in my AP1 Model S. Radio upgrade pending. Done & dusted in Rotterdam.

Has anyone had the digital radio upgrade confirmed as available yet? I was led to understand that price and availability would be confirmed around now...

Hi Sean, not yet. Official 'price indication' from Tesla themselves is EUR520 in NL. I hope to get the confirmation asap.
I just got off the phone with Tesla Tilburg. My MS is a pre-AP model so no MCU2 upgrade for me yet... It wil come in a later stage but not now unfortunately.
