Well spotted Dborn, let's hope nothing breaks/brakes and tomorrow night's breaking/braking news is the Electric bus breaking/braking a distance record.

Maybe the regenerative breaking system is a new concept that causes the bumper to self repair after the driver has rammed a motorist.

Does anyone know the outcome of the distance trial.? Very interesting possibilities. Ive been considering converting a 2.5 Ton Truck(Izuzu) to Lithium Electric to replace a delivery van here in Melbourne using a 25Kw pack I built up for my Datsun Ute.

I've seen no follow up story for this trial that was scheduled to take place yesterday, anyone in Sydney seen a big white bus looking for a place to recharge for it's trip back to Melbourne?
