Memory Seat Malfunction (Post MCU Replacement/Recall)

Has anyone else had trouble with their seats?

once and a while they just stop working...
Manually adjusting doesn't work.
Memory seat restore fails to activate.
While driving the seat randomly has short bursts into decline or retract..! (I was on the freeway at the time)
Had to drive home one night in fully reclined position -LOL (NOT)

They tried replacing the memory control module -didn't help
Techs are pulling logs remotely and trying to figure it out. Its been a problem immediately following the MCU Replacement Recall which they did twice as the first one was a complete failure.

So now after several rescheduled due to parts on back order my instrument cluster turned into a strobe light to the sound of the music on slacker…
SC however is ordering a new seat

I’m now on the third reschedule for the service on this issue… they said the parts haven’t came in yet. -this is a logistics issue not a manufacturing one because the rep confirmed that the parts are available, just no one has shipped them yet.

For a month my wife can’t drive the car because of tge position they are frozen in!!
