Is anyone else having issues with Tesla Memphis Service center and mid-south field service. I suspect there have been cut backs in staffing and parts inventory. Having problems with timely service. That is, work being completed as promised. Timely Information seems hard to get.
Also, our Little Rock Area Ranger is not responding to e-mails, texts or phone calls. Tried to learn if he has been replaced but just referred to my Tesla app for repair info.
Appreciate other mid-south owner experience.
