Received this email tonight:
I got the same email. With 3 month old twins, anytime I'm offered donuts and coffee and can drive my Tesla to boot, that is a good morning.
I'm going to stop by. I'm hoping that someone with the 19" Wolfrace or Rial Lugano wheels will be there. I really want to see them in person.
I'd love to drop in but I'm out of town until Sunday night... hopefully this will be a periodic event so there will be another chance to engage with other local owners/enthusiasts.
I'll bet this is about the future of the Menlo Park facility. I.e. closing. I'd like to know what the alternatives will be. When and where the Burlingame service station will open. etc. There must be lots of Tesla cars on the peninsula and just one service center might not be enough.
Closing? Really? They are responsible for the greatest number of cars of any service center. If Millbrae is replacing it, guess I'll be using rangers. They need a service center in the South Bay even without closing MP.
See this thread...
Menlo Service Center Will Be Closing / Dividing Into Two
I'm hoping they will spill the beans on exactly when/where the new California superchargers will open this summer.
I'll stop by as well, looking forward to perhaps seeing TM's center console option.
I'll be there
On call--will miss it.
