"Metal" door plate driver side

Although this is very minor in the grand scheme of things it's bugging me. I have a scratch in the Tesla metal plate (high heel shoes). I can't seem to buff it out and it doesn't have the consistency of aluminum.

Any thoughts of how to minimize?

Easy to replace

Oh how I wish I only had one. It seems to have a pretty soft coating as it scratches easily. If you polish it up, the will more or less "disappear" for awhile.

I had mine covered with PPF when I did the car, it works great!
