Help! Delivery day is coming up for me and I get this error code when I try to log onto the app:
method: getOnBoardingData()

server failed to response. Is the server running?

I know I have limited access until delivery but I should be seeing video tutorials and a welcome message. How do I fix this?

Thanks...I just finished with support and they said that my advisor has to put the car into the system first in order for me to gain access to the app. Tesla should state on the account page to download the app on delivery day. It's misleading when it directs you to watch the tutorial videos on the app.

I've had mine for a little over 2 years now. Hopefully this has changed but my app quit working for a day or two just a few hours after delivery. I called and they said that is normal. Since then, it's been trouble free. My wife had a similar experience with hers.

Congratulations on the new car. Pretty sure you're going to love it!
