Ever since model 3 was in the market, Michigan service quality has been gone down quite a bit. Not only because Michigan does not have a service center, but also simply Michigan mobile service team does not have enough staff to support Michigan customer. I, as a Michigan customer, bought two Tesla despite no service center here because I had passion for this company. But in return, There is only one ranger service scheduler, whose phone is always ringing to voice mail. I tried to call him lately every day for a week and could not get one appointment. The only way to get through is to call Cleveland Service center and they email this scheduler and maybe he will return the call. Don't even mention the one-month-waiting time. This has to change!!!!

    Anybody has same experience?

A few years ago when the Model 3 was first announced there were 70-something service centers in the US.

As of a couple months ago, with more than 2x the number of cars on the road (and expecting that to double again this year) there was.... 70-something service centers in the US.

It's another area Tesla utterly and completely dropped the ball, and has only recently given lip service to being surprised at it.

The real explanation of course is adding SCs and staff cost money, and Tesla was determined to get to this point without doing a capitol raise to pay for such things, so now instead of US delivery hell the people who got the cars are in US service hell.

The folks in Europe are still 6 months behind in the first hell, they'll be in the second soon enough though.

Awesome car, just hope it doesn't need anything in a hurry.
