There have been a few reviews of wiper blades and silicone ones generally come out on top. Of the various brands, the Michelin Endurance XT is one of the best. Project Farm reviewed these blades in 2019:
They can only be purchased from Walmart. The good news is that they do fit on the Model 3. It may not seem so if you attempt to use the supplied adapter since it will be too wide. You need to break off the sides to make them thin enough to fit. This is explained in the instructions, but most people don't bother to read them.

They work well, but with a lot of wipers, they began to stick to the windshield. You can make your wipers perform better and last longer by making the windshield smoother. One way is to use Nu Finish polish. I tried this out and it works wonders. I bought the paste in the metal tin, but it's a pain to open. You might want to go for the liquid in the bottle. Be careful not to get it on any plastic parts.
