Michelin Primacy Run Flats?

I have the regular Primacy on my 70D and I know they have been Original equipment on many Tesla's but was wondering if any users have tried the Run Flat version. It seems to get the best reviews of the run flats on tire rack but curious if anyone had an opinion on them?

I never had them but in general with no specific brand, I heard it is rougher, noisier, and you still have to replace the tire as soon as possible after a puncture.

Run-flats have a reputation of causing you to lose range due to higher rolling resistance. I'm curious to know if tirerack tested the primacy run-flats versus the regular primacys for fuel efficiency.
