Michelin xice winter tires used on Model 3 SR+ (southern NH)

I have 4 used tires. Size 225/45r18. gauge shows ~8mm tread. New tires have 10.5/32 or about 8.4mm tread. Lightly used for 2 previous winters. Mounted and dismounted for each winter (Service done by Duncan European Auto in Londonderry NH). Driving very little these days. $300. Pickup in Derry/Londonderry area or meet someone part way within an hour or so.
