Any else get these "micro" refunds from Tesla for Supercharging? Wondering what's going on? Probably cost them more to refund then just crediting miles.

I did get approx 5 dollars and Change in supercharger credits too.

I do remember being charged almost 12 dollars at one supercharger Charging starting from 20% while sitting at 100% for a 5 minutes. But there were a lot of open chargers.

My thought is that maybe it was the idle fee that was incorrectly charged but then refunded.

I received five separate refunds on my credit card that totaled a little more than $34. We have a Model 3 long range that we purchased in January 2018. It did not come with free Supercharging. Our refunds appear to be related to the handful of times that we Supercharged after Tesla announced some sort of free Supercharging for Model 3 long range for six months, or whatever. (I was never clear on the concept because we rarely Supercharge the 3.)

I just figured that these refunds applied to this six-month period or whatever else the promotion was at the time.

I got a ton of micro credits on the 11th too... Most were for 30 cents, some 27, 20 and 9. 14 of them all together. What is odd is that I charge in OK where it is 12 and 23 cents per minute. So, it is not like they are compensating for a rounding error...

I do not have free supercharging or supercharging credits of any kind.

I received 35 refunds that ranged from $0.12 to $2.72 with most being about $0.20. They didn't match up to previous charging sessions as far as I can tell.

Total Speculation: Maybe some states now clarify these charging sessions as not needing sales tax, so they refunded sales tax on my charging sessions from those states. I've charged in KS, OK, TX, MO, NE, CO, WY, SD, MN, IA, WI, IL, KY, and TN.

good theory, that we confirm with credits to taxes here: Tesla SSO – Login

Tonight, my phone app shows a "Refund in progress" message in my Inbox. I assume other have already (or will soon) received this same message.

"We discovered an inaccurate transaction in your Supercharging payment history. We have already refunded $xx.xx back to your credit card. We expect this refund to take up to 10 business days to reflect in your credit card statement. Thank you for being a Tesla owner and supporting our mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy."
