i have same question. I need the signed Order Agreement from Tesla. Not sure how I can obtain that. None of the Tesla reps are responding to my emails anymore.

You will NOT get signed agreement from Tesla. Only draft MVPA if you ask local center they will send you in PDF in minutes.

Final one you only see on day of delivery or afterwards depnding on how Tesla handles registration.

So how are people funding their loans? They usually require signed order agreements from both parties (at least my credit union does). I have the draft Order Agreement in my Tesla profile.

edit- I heard back from my owner adviser and she mentioned that the documents will be generated and sent over once you are scheduled for delivery.

Figuring that Tesla's promise to deliver by EOY was good, I went ahead and secured funding before I was assigned a VIN or DA. I went with Fairwinds (based in Orlando, I live in Ohio). I had to sign up for premium membership to Lion Nation to be eligible. Once I was accepted into the CU, I called and was assigned a loan officer, who was awesome/helpful, and I was able to finance the entire amount due and get the check as soon as I got the draft MVPA from my DA to her (she sent overnight via FedEx). I was able to get 0.89% rate on a 36 month loan! Obviously that timeline doesn't work for a lot of people, but for me, this allows me to have my money sit in a 2% high yield savings account. In the end, not a lot of cash saved, but it feels nice, like I'm beating the system.

So, yeah. I have the check all ready to go, Tesla! Please get this car to Cleveland so I can pay you already! o_O

I'm working with a CU, and they're ready to cut a check. I've got my configuration set to "CASH". Does anybody know how we get the credit union set up as a Lienholder on the title through Tesla? Delivering monday and STILL haven't been contacted by a DA.

My DA was able to make sure our credit union was listed as the lie holder on the MVPA. Not sure how you are supposed to handle that if you haven’t even been contacted...

My CU cut me a check. They say that do a LOT of loans for Tesla, and that (apparently) it does work out fine once the DA contacts you.
Once you have a MVPA available on your account, the CU should be able to do the rest.

Biggest check I've ever seen. ;)

The whole process was a little stressful, tbh. I'm glad I found this forum though. It has helped.

Glad to know it worked out. I have not seen any CU or Bank needing “signed motor vehicle agreement” especially for Tesla type sales model. They do that in traditional dealerships. By now lenders know how to deal with Tesla paperwork. You might find some odd lot out who doesn’t know but you can always explain. Good luck.

After all my recent issues my DA was able to rectify everything. He has done an amazing job. VIN assigned 157xxx (came off assembly on 12/08). with delivery to service center in FL tomorrow. Scheduled to pick up on Sunday if everything goes according to plan.

Congrats on the loan from Fairwinds. I did the same, but I live in the Orlando area, but formerly from Cleveland. Shout out to Mayfield Hts!

I am kinda disappointed of over 2 year and + for waiting tesla M3. Their Customer service dont know anything and what to do to deal with customer but just repeat to tell me to be patient. After the fifth times of calls, my account page finally change for able to do the credit check. If their service cant able to improve, I believe they will eventually out of business, which us, as a tesla owner dont want to see. I dont know am I the only one feeling that way. After 8 weeks of waiting, I still not received the delivery time, which it is already exceed the time when I was place an order during Oct 19. It said 6- 8 weeks waiting period.

I am in self register state and I got all of my docs Fedex’d directly from Tesla including Title information and certificate of origin. Hope it helps.

May I ask roughly how long that took? Nobody at the Delivery Center was able to tell me that and neither my IDA or local DA have responded to me asking for an estimate of how/when that will happen.

Fremont does that. Local center had no clue. They kept on saying like takes 3-4 weeks minimum at delivery when I asked.

11 Calendar days after delivery Tesla DMV division sent the pre-filled state title application(with lienholder address they asked me one day before delivery via phone call from Las Vegas), original cert of origin and final invoice which shows paid amount - Fedex’ed overnight from Fremont.

All that I had to do is take these 3 things to DMV and paid taxes and fees and got plates.

Keep in mind that in my state title paperwork for new car has to be done in 30 calendar days of delivery else there is additional charge. So maybe that restriction helped.

Same thing just happened to me with the same configuration. I am in the OC area so close to you. This is what I was told by the Local Tesla Delivery Specialist:

"We schedule delivery appointments based on when our support teams expect a vehicle that matches your requested configuration will be available. Our support team has confirmed they have not yet received a matching vehicle and is estimating that a vehicle with your configuration will be available within this month."

This whole situation is getting ridiculous. Seems like a Southern California only issue.

Ordered 10/19, no prior reservation. Got text 12/3 asking me to complete all check out items when my items were all completed on 10/19. Got text on 12/7 with 12/9 to 12/15 delivery window. Got text on 12/9 with a 12/13 delivery in Costa Mesa. I pushed to 12/14 and got confirmation text on 12/10 of the change. on 12/11 I get a confirmation of delivery appointment for 12/14. Today, 12/13 I get a text saying they are actively looking for a vehicle that matches my configuration and that they need to postpone and reschedule my delivery.

I can't believe this mess. o_O

My plan is to patiently wait until the 18th or 19th and if nothing, then cancel the order.
