Issues I've seen here that pop to mind...
Upper control arms
12v battery
Various suspension clicking noises
A/C smell
The early run Model 3's also appeared to have a fairly high rear drive unit failure rate, but only the early cars. The cars that had this problem had it very early on. Usually within the first couple thousand miles. Edit: this is by no means confirmed information, just a gauge going by how many posts there were regarding this issue on early production cars.
None of these are "show stoppers" by any means (other than the limited amount of RDU failures). I'm sure I'm forgetting some, so hopefully others will post the stuff I'm missing.
Most all of the issues people experience are minor annoyances. One thing about driving a nearly silent car is that you can hear any little tiny click or rattle and IMO that makes people think there's something wrong with their car when really it's just normal wear and tear on parts that you normally wouldn't even hear in an ICE vehicle.
I'm at 13 months of ownership and the car has been flawless. I love it more today than I did on day one, and that's a first for me in 35 years of vehicle ownership.
In my case, the car has done nothing but get better with age; the automation on the car works much better today than it did on the day I took delivery. Even Track Mode is better. I'd mention how fun the games are, too, but I don't wanna kick that ant hill.
