Miles at the odometer kilometers at the screen

Since the last service, i have on the little LCD display at the odometer miles and at the central screen kilometers. When I go into the settings menu it looks to me like I change the setting on the central screen only, but not on the little LCD screen. The manual, is not available to me right now. Any idea how to change the little LCD screen to kilometers too?

The VDS screen is supposed to control the dash readout as well. Try changing it back and forth a few times with the key on. It should immediately switch between miles and KM.

That is what I thought. But it is stubborn! The dash readout stays on miles!
