Sometimes when the car doesn't auto lock on walk away, I have to use the app to lock it. But the mirrors don't fold when locked this way ... how do I fix this?

if you unlock with phone, then it should lock when phone is out of range

i just updated to 2018.26.3 and just noticed some weird behavior with the mirrors as well. yesterday only one side folded and today both remained open after the car locked itself

I think it was. The point is, if your car was unlocked by your phone, it will auto-lock when the phone goes out of range again as you walk away. However, if you unlocked with the card key, you have to actively use the card key to lock the car when leaving. Are you saying that sometimes the car doesn't auto-lock after being unlocked by the phone key? Nobody has reported that issue on Model 3 so far that I've seen.

Got it ... yes, that's what I'm seeing.

Also, is there a way to get the mirrors to fold when explicitly locking via the app?
