I would go back there and tell them to install it or reimburse you for one. Check your local service centre

Tesla SC sells them. I think its around $35.
Edit: attached a previous quote I got on all emblems (Chrome delete place messed mine up and had to replace them). Tesla part numbers are included for you to reference.

I had my emblem chrome fallen off. Service center is replacing it for Canadian $42. Found it to be cheapest with Tesla service center after much research.
I do paint protection so I always remove them , apply PPF and put it back.
I also prefer the look without it, for my car the T is sittings on a shelf.
I hear there's a limit of one badge per client? Don't know if this is still the case as we wanted to buy a number of them to have at the shop... Does anyone know If they changed this policy?

Mobile service offered to replace it for the price of 142.00 !

You must realize you are paying a tech to drive to and from your house....
The big question is why would you pay someone to drive to your house and put it on. Just go pick one up.
