Missing part of charge kit

Ready to charge my new Model S refreshed and found there isn't an cord adapter in the kit to connect from a wall socket to the cord. Looked on line at pictures of the kits and the adapter I need is shown. Did they forget or do I have to pay extra to buy it?

That would be the 5-15 adapter for regular 120V outlets.
The only item in the zipper bag that will plug in to power is a 120vac adapter.
Oh, so it IS actually included. Why did you say it wasn't at first?
Don't they send a 14-30 plug?
No, they have never included a 14-30 adapter. They used to include the 14-50 adapter with every car, but they stopped including that several years ago. That's not a new change. And it makes sense. People are using a lot of different types of outlets to charge, so always including that very specific one was just not helpful and was not being used by a lot of people and was just a waste. Let people get the adapter for whatever they are going to charge from.
