Missing rear bumper bolt (Underside)

I installed the Tsolutions mudflaps and on the driver side rear, where you’re supposed to remove the bolt to install the mudflap, the bolt is missing. I got the car in April but have less than 800 miles on it. Where can buy this? Will Tesla replace it? Posted pic of bolt for reference.
