Mobile App Access After Delivery (Model 3)

Why does it disappear? Is it part on the onboarding process or is it just a bug?
They activate it at the time of delivery for you to familiarize with it. Then it's deactivated while they process your purchase paperwork in their systems at which point it is then reactivated. It's a crummy process but that's how it goes.

Oh, I see. Thanks for the info. I guess these are the types of things to expect from a new car company. Compared to the others Tesla is just a baby and will mature their process over time. All things considered, this is a minor annoyance.
