Mobile App - Car without wheels.

Hello Guys,

I opened Tesla official mobile application and saw on the Home screen Tesla with a different color (original is Red) and without Wheels. The same strange thing on the official website. When I signed In. I saw a different car and color.

First, you need to make sure that both the car and the app are linked to the same Tesla account and are communicating properly.
If that doesn't help, then you would normally call Tesla or stop at a local Service Center to have the configuration updated.
But I don't know how that works in Kiyv...

I have a similar issue with the main site. It shows a hover refreshed car once I log in. However my mobile app shows my proper car.

The main site seems to be messed up for a few days now.

It is messed up for me, too. Email Tesla, but suspect they will have heard from multiple owners.
