Mobile App - Location on map issues?

Anyone else having issues with the Location feature on the Mobile App for tracking their car?

When I open the feature, it briefly brings up the correct location, but then centers the map out in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean and doesn't recenter itself properly.

I'm not sure exactly when this started, but it only seems to happen when the car is driving and not when it's parked.

This is on Android version 3.10.13-469.

you can use the sight icon in between the car and earth to recenter.
Pretty sure the car icon tracks the car.
