Mobile App won’t connect when car is on WiFi

My mobile app will not to my Model X when it is connected to my Home WiFi. I reinstalled the mobile app and it worked once, the next time it would not connect.

Model x has internet connection while on my home WiFi.

How strong is the wifi signal on the X? Can you change songs while streaming radio?

I had the same issue. My router is only about 30-35ft from where my X is parked but never got a good connection. I installed a wifi extender about 5 ft from my X and now I can consistently connect.

Did see you say that you already did this, so I recommend, Reboot the car. Its been fixing this problem.
