I bought a extra mobile charger that I plan to keep at home all the time. My question is, is it OK to leave it plugged in all the time? Next question is when the green light is always on, on the charger but it’s not plugged into the Model Y am I pulling electricity all the time and if so does anyone know how much?

So it is correct to leave it plugged in all the time. There is probably a lot more info that you need as a new owner, such as setting the charge limit to 90% or lower, and always plugging in when you get home.
An LED diode is very efficient, in the realm of pennies per year. I calculated 0.65 - 0.13 kw per year, which at 0.20 per kw is equal to 1.3 - 2.6 cents per year. With 5 lights it may be up to 13 cents. It will use more than just the LED, but its all going to be trivial whether it is $1 or $10 per year.

You didn't need to do that. There's not really any need to keep a charge cord in the car all the time. This isn't a Leaf, with an 80 mile total range that could freak you out from running low every other day.
But yes, you can leave it plugged in at home all the time.
