Mobile charger not getting max

I have the mobile charger connected with the 14-50 adapter on a 50 amp circuit. But the car is showing a max of 24 amps.

I thought it would be 32amps. Anyone have a idea why it’s not?
Just a guess... have you turned it down via the cars screen? The car remembers the last setting for a given location/charger.

Is the adapter pushed all the way into the UMC? I assume there are no error messages. What is the voltage listed in the car?

Only things I can think of are its either a defective adapter, defective UMC, or you are mistaken about what a 14-50 outlet/plug look like and you really have a 14-30 or something like that. It wouldn't be the first time that mistake was made.

I guess there's a very tiny chance its a defective charger in the car, but they fail in 16 amp increments usually. I guess maybe that could have changed if you have the new battery pack chemistry.
