I’ve had my Tesla model Y for couple months and I opted to use the included mobile charger that plugs into the outlet with the Nema adapter it doesn’t seem to be working it lights up green and then it goes straight to red. the indicator on the charge port and it doesn’t charge the only notification I get is that it’s completed charging but it won’t even start charging has this happen to anybody? Any suggestions?

What are you plugging it into?
It needs to be a properly grounded outlet or you will not be able to use it. I think there are lighting codes that indicate what is going on with your mobile charger.
I have 15 amp exterior outlets so my initial tests tripped the breaker. Have a better setup now. Most modern homes provide 20 amp exterior outlets.
Try also using a different a different electric source.
