So just got my S75D with PUP last Saturday and the driver interior light strip in the door doesn't work. Told tesla about it 2 days ago. Just got a call saying that a technician was in my area and could fix it at 3. Problem is, I'm at work.
Tesla rep said "No problem, they can do it in the parking lot at your work." gave them the address, gave them my phone number, the guy will be here at 3-3:30.
Awesome.
Was a bit peeved about getting the old MCU, but since I got over that, Tesla has really done a great job with communication and working to fix any issues.
