Had my 1st experience with Tesla Mobile Service yesterday and I must say I was impressed.
Was quoted a 12:00-16:00 slot. Got a phone call from the technician just before 12:00 to confirm the address and he arrive at approx. 12:05 in his Model S Performance (now that's what I call a company car)
Spent a few minutes chatting and getting his advice on the crack in my rear screen (warranty item apparently - just waiting for the Winchester Service Centre to open to book it in).
Replaced my waterlogged tail light and was on his merry way by 12:20.
