Mobile service for annual service

How is it? Convenient I guess but they should be able to do everything they need to right? Is it more expensive?
Asking for friend. He does not have the maintenance package.

On the same lines, 2nd service has to be at the center?

Same price. The tire alignment stuff is done by a local contracted tire shop they have deals with. .

Asked that very question when a mobile service tech did an AMA last month:

They can’t do fluids or alignments, so check your maintenance schedule...

That's also what I was told by the Ranger who serves my remote area. They can't do a coolant flush, for example. However, last I heard from service the coolant flush was pushed back to 100k miles, so it doesn't need to be done very often.
