Mobile service MIA

Had an issue since taking delivery of my model 3 in October. After waiting 5 weeks for a mobile service appointment, he finally came and needed to order parts. He said it would be 1-2 weeks, and it has been 4 weeks... haven't heard a single thing since then. I have no contact information for mobile service or any kind of service phone number. What am I supposed to do? Knew this was the Achilles heel of tesla when I ordered but come on!

For me, whenever I had mobile service appointment (3 times), they sent text to my phone to confirm appointment as well as notification on any delay on the day of appointment. If you have that text, please try reply to it to ask for status update.

Used the email and got ahold of somebody. Finally scheduled for February...only 5 months after delivery. Hopefully Tesla can get their service together as it's only going to get worse as volume deliveries continue!
