New to the thread and was looking for some advice on a recent upgrade I want to do for the 3. I recently upgraded to the carbon fiber steering wheel which included alcantara handles and a matching airbag cap. Swapping out the wheel had no issues, but for the airbag it looks like i would have to cut the plastic off to unit to replace it. Looking for anyone that's done this before and if there are any tips on doing it safely? Will shops do this type of mod? thanks in advance.
