Sure. I used the following:
R7 hardwire kit
Rocker switch enclosure and switch
19mm momentary push button switch
Instructions on wiring a momentary switch to the Uniden hardware kit here. I pried apart the rocker switch enclosure and replaced the toggle switch with the 19mm momentary push button switch. I followed the wiring instructions on the civic forums to wire it up correctly so the led works and the mute button (short to ground) works. I stuffed the hardwire kit inside of the dash on the driver's side because I hardwired it up to the empty fuse slot behind the driver's side kick panel.
