Wire bonds can be redone offline, hence the visual and machine inspections. If something is noticed or doesn't meet the spec, the concern is logged automatically, and the module sent to rework. There, they can further check without impeding the flow of the production line, and properly correct the issue, which includes redoing wire bonds.
